Service details, pricing, paperwork, and security.

The full reference behind the proposal — SLA commitments, itemized pricing, carrier options, sample paperwork, and security posture.

Real commitments. In writing.

Not aspirational marketing copy. What you can expect from day one, on the record.

Receiving & verification

Inventory received, verified, and available for fulfillment the same business day for standard inbound shipments received before cutoff.

Order fulfillment

Orders received by 10:00 AM CT ship the same business day.

This covers our commitment to get your order out the door. Transit time once it's with the carrier depends on the shipping method selected and is outside our direct control, same as with any fulfillment partner.

Order accuracy

99%+ order accuracy, based on our current operating track record.

Returns processing

99% of standard returns processed within 1 to 2 business days of arrival.

Customer service response

Same business day for general inquiries, and within 2 business hours for urgent fulfillment issues.

Payment terms

Net 14, with flexibility up to Net 30 for qualifying accounts.

Live tracking portal

Real-time visibility via Warehance. Unlimited free user logins, with full data on inbound shipments, inventory, order status, and shipping performance.

Mutual NDA

Signed at the start of the engagement. Your product roadmap, customer data, and operational details stay confidential on both sides.

Real commitments, real remedies

These apply across receiving, fulfillment, order accuracy, returns, and customer service. If we miss a commitment on a given day, you receive a 5% credit on that day's affected fulfillment fees. If the same commitment is missed three times in a rolling 90 days, that credit increases to 15% and we sit down together to revisit terms. If a pattern continues for three months within any 12-month period, either of us can exit the agreement with 60 days' notice, no penalty.

Enterprise pricing, itemized clearly.

No mystery line items. You only pay for what applies to your operation.

Pricing adjustments, when needed, are driven primarily by Missouri minimum wage changes and have historically stayed at or below 7% annually. We'll always give you advance notice before any change takes effect.

Onboarding & tech integration

One-time setup and integration.

Shopify and ecommerce integration, CSV workflow, manual order portal setup, WMS configuration, testing, and training.

Order intake flexibility: native ecommerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon), CSV upload, manual order entry, or custom API via Warehance. Don't have a tech stack? We meet you where you are.

Customer service & account management

No charge. Enterprise accounts of this size are assigned a dedicated account rep, our General Manager, who leads our entire operation. You get our second in command, not a junior rep.

Additional warehouse labor

$50 / hour per associate, billed in 15 minute increments with a 30 minute minimum. Covers special projects, rework, sorting, inventory work, and special handling.

Returns

Standard return (match, inspect, restock)$3.00 / return

Non-sellable returns don't have to go to a landfill. As a nonprofit, we can facilitate donation of non-sellable inventory and provide documentation to support your own sustainability and reporting goals, when that fits your policies.

Volume flexibility

Pricing that moves with you.

Many enterprise 3PLs lock you into a forecasted volume commitment and can raise fees if your actual volume swings more than 15% from that forecast. Our tiered pricing already flexes automatically as your volume changes, up or down, with no renegotiation required.

Tusk Logistics
Preferred carrier partner

Shipping through Tusk Logistics.

We plan to route your parcels through Tusk Logistics, our partner introduced by Ben, who brought this opportunity to us. Tusk gives us access to a pre-negotiated, enterprise carrier network at pricing an individual shipper can't reach on their own.

We're also happy to explore direct relationships with DHL, USPS, UPS, and any other carrier that makes sense, so we can benchmark and land on the best price and service for your customers.

Add these on when your product requires them. Priced by volume tier so unit costs come down as you scale.

Security & compliance

Warehance (WMS) & Fulfillment House

Warehance, our warehouse management system, encrypts data both in transit and at rest (AES-256), enforces multi-factor authentication for all account access, and performs continuous monitoring and periodic security audits. Warehance does not currently hold a SOC 2 certification.

Fulfillment House itself holds CARF Three-Year Accreditation and operates as a single-node warehouse, which limits the number of systems and locations your data touches.
